And you just had to "subscribe now" or pay a fee to see what they were? I remember sending the post to an awake friend saying "Kirsch is a total grifter. Be careful who you follow."

The New Zealand Employment Relations Authority (ERA) says my data can cause harm. I don’t see how since it is randomized so that nobody can deduce any PHI from it. Am I missing something?
Health New Zealand is trying to take down my site by claiming the information available on my site discloses Protected Health Information (PHI) which can create “significant and irreparable adverse consequences for individuals and their families” according to an affidavit they filed with the ERA.
Oh really?
I’m offering $25,000 to the first person who is able to show that the record level data I leaked (the .csv file of over 4M records), leaks the PHI of any individual and causes irreparable harm.
To win the $25,000, you simply show how you were able to use publicly available information along with my published obfuscated data (the 4M records) to discover at least one piece of additional PHI that was not already publicly known about that person that could cause “significant and irreparable adverse consequences for individuals and their families.”
Easy peasy.

And note that every field in every record was randomized so that no date of service, date of birth, or date of death matches the original record. So if you can find a match, I’m going to be really impressed.
The point of this exercise is to prove to all world governments that patient-level records can be obfuscated without leaking PHI. So the “excuse” of privacy is simply that: an excuse for not doing the right thing.

But he forgot to mention that they don't prevent anything. He always seems to be very superficial in the debate. Not very well-considered in his statements and very aggressive.
